Villa Toylos is located on a small hill right by the sea and within walking distance of the pleasant and picturesque seaside resort of Paleros. With a beautiful sunset from the lounge corner or just from the jacuzzi or swimming pool almost every evening; you imagine yourself in a luxurious dream during the entire holiday. The villa consists of 2 separate buildings, with excellent Wi-Fi reception (Starlink) everywhere. The main building with living room/kitchen, WC has a double bedroom with its own bathroom and WC. You can walk directly from that bedroom to the outdoor shower, jacuzzi or swimming pool (8.5 * 2.5) and enjoy the beautiful view from your bed through the window of the wide sliding door every morning. The living room has a kitchen with all facilities, including Nespress coffee machine / milk frothier. From the dining table or sofa you can look out over the entire bay through the windows/sliding doors that span the entire width of the room. There is a Samsung 50” smart TV.

The villa consists of two stylish buildings with a total of three comfortable 2-person bedrooms. Between the main house and the guest house is an attractive covered terrace with dining table and an outdoor kitchen. In front of this central point stretches a spacious sun terrace, complete with a 23 m² private swimming pool, an inviting lounge area and a cosy breakfast bar. In front of the master bedroom there is also a jacuzzi with phenomenal sea and sunset views.
The main house offers a tastefully decorated living room with open kitchen, a separate toilet and a luxurious 2-person bedroom with private bathroom (with walk-in shower) and an extra toilet. Both the bedroom and living room feature full-width glass sliding doors, ensuring unparalleled sea views from every angle. Walk directly from your bedroom outside for a refreshing morning shower, a dip in the pool or a relaxing moment in the jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The villa has excellent WiFi (Starlink) and a 50″ Samsung SMART TV.
The separate guest house offers two stylish 2-person bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower. The rooms also share a room with a double sink and toilet. Here too, you can enjoy panoramic sea views and direct access to the terrace thanks to sliding glass doors.
The spacious outdoor terrace is spread over two levels. Upstairs you will find an attractive dining area with outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. One level lower is the swimming pool with outdoor shower, lounge area and a cozy breakfast bar with extra outdoor kitchen. Perfect for long summer evenings under the stars.
