Villa BaBa is located 5 km from Paleros town center and half an hour drive from Preveza International Airport PVK.
It comfortably hosts four people with two bedrooms, bathrooms and rain showers.
Every room is set up with heating, airconditioning and a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. All necessities, from a washing machine to a dishwasher, are available.
High speed internet accommodates working from abroad whilst a 1500 liter filtered water reservoir ensures the highest level of utilities.
The home was built for inside-outside living, with glass sliding doors that open onto a 90 m2 deck, overlooking the Acarnian mountains and the Ionian sea.
A private garden wraps around the 350 m2 plot and private parking is available.
The outside space features a 7 x 3 meter infinity pool with saltwater system; gentle for your skin, eyes and hair. The pool has been customised with steps and a bench to enjoy lounging in the morning sun.
There is a heated jacuzzi with massage jets, which is prepared upon request.
The environment is peaceful and natural. Nonetheless, there are local restaurants and a super market within walking distance of the home, as well as several beach bars nearby for drinks, snacks and lounging by the water.

Greek climate resilience tax of €8 per day

(the deposit will be refunded in full after check out, following a routine villa inspection)
(Optional) Guests may enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi upon request for an additional charge of €100 per reservation. The jacuzzi fee goes entirely toward preparation and cleaning of the jacuzzi.
